Agreement

If you want to build a long term relationship with us, which we really look forward to, then just go through the agreement section. And if you agree to our conditions then just go to the Contact section and send us your details and requirements and if you like then us some test data too, so that we can show our quality.

1.We hold the right to cancel any project any time if the customer do disagrees to our payment system.

2. We work in pay-n-receive basis. That is the customer sends first agreed portion of data then we do the job and send it back. On receipt the customer has to arrange the agreed first installment of money to the designated bank account/s, within 48 hours from the receipt of the firstportion of data. We will, however, consider the delay for the weekends. In this case the customer has to clearly specify the obstacles that might occur during the transactions, well before the signing of the contract. No excuses other than the specified obstacles will be agreed to after the signing of the contract. Hence, the customer will disqualify and the agreement will be forfeited.

3. After the agreement is signed the customer has to send in the following details:

o 2 copies of photographs of the specified customer attested by appropriate authority.

o Photocopies of first 10 pages of customer's passport(s) . Or any kind of document verifying the proof of nationality of the customer.

o Bank transaction details of the customer for the past 12 months.

o Letter of recommendation from the companies the customer(s) has or have worked with, declaring that the customer has cleared all his amounts with those or that company or companies.

o We shall not proceed until all of the above mentioned documents are submitted.

o A agreement will be signed only if both the parties [our company and the customer(s)] agree to amount of data is to be sent in total. That is - the exact or total amount of data has to be declared. And the we shall cancel the agreement if we feel cheated regarding this matter. A letter will be sent before cancellation takes place.
